Terms & Conditions Effective Date: May 2026
Welcome to StickerGuys.ie. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of custom printed products from Creative Crowd Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Custom Printed Products & Returns Because our products are entirely custom-made to your specific requirements and artwork, they are exempt from standard consumer cancellation rights (such as the EU 14-day cooling-off period). Custom printed items are strictly non-refundable once production has begun. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from your approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stickerguys.ie with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a reprint or a refund at our discretion.
2. Artwork & Copyright By uploading artwork, logos, or designs to our site, you guarantee that you own the rights to the material or have obtained the necessary permissions to reproduce it. You agree to indemnify and hold Creative Crowd Ltd. harmless against any legal claims regarding copyright or trademark infringement arising from the files you submit. We reserve the right to refuse to print any material that we deem offensive, illegal, or in violation of intellectual property rights.
3. Color Matching & Proofing Please be aware that computer and mobile screens display colors in RGB, whereas commercial printers use CMYK ink. As a result, there may be slight color variations between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. This is a standard industry occurrence and does not constitute a defect.
4. Production & Delivery Any turnaround times or delivery dates provided are estimates, not guarantees. While we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, or events outside of our reasonable control.
5. Payment & Pricing All prices are displayed in Euros (€) excluding VAT which will be calculated at the checkout where applicable. Full payment is required at checkout before any printing begins. We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) and do not store your credit card information.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Creative Crowd Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
